Will My Server Be On 24/7?
Only Premium and Budget servers will be kept on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Free servers, however, work with a timer system where the server will shut down once the time is up. If you wish to have true 24/7, consider purchasing one of our Premium or Budget plans.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
After the initial subscription payment, the user is entitled to request a refund within 14 days after purchase with a valid reason.*
